The Origin One

The Origin One is our customizable platform for a large variety of autonomous ground missions. Our Autopilot, powerful motors, state-of-the-art computing power, and rain- and dustproof body enable deployment in rough, real-world environments. You can focus on your novel application, not having to worry about how your robot moves through the environment.

The Origin One is a driving robot platform that is the perfect driving robotic platform to elevate your project. It is equipped with an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX, a real-time computer and default (perception) sensors. This allows you to work with our autonomy right out of the box, or conduct your own research on autonomous driving.

Open & Powerful

An embedded NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX ensures our Autopilots run smoothly and the robot intuitively plans paths and avoids obstacles. You can interface with the Autopilot to run your AI algorithms using ROS 2.


Interact with the Origin One over WiFi, LTE (4G cellular internet) or via Bluetooth. Communicate directly with the Origin One, or control it remotely over the internet from anywhere in the world.

Battery Life

The Origin’s 648 Wh Li-Ion battery allows the robot to operate for up to 5 hours on a single charge with our 4-motor skid steer setup (3.5 hours continuous drive), so the robot can get anywhere you want it to be.


The Origin One is plug-and-play and customizable to your application. With conveniently located mounting holes, Bosch mounting rails, user power and a range of user I/O including USB and Ethernet, any additional sensors and payloads can be added with limited effort.


Simply add functionalities to the robot, by adding some of our hardware and software upgrades, such as Avular’s Indoor or Outdoor Autopilot sensorpacks or a safety certified remote emergency stop. Add your own payloads using the available interfaces, or have our team integrate them for you.


The Origin One is ready for the real world; its housing is dust and rain proof, and is equipped with rugged 4x 10” low profile pneumatic tires and powerful motors to ensure mobility both indoors and outdoors.


The Origin One works out of the box, with our intuitive user interface Cerebra Studio at your disposal. Configure the robot’s behavior, schedule your missions and access the data of all your robots from a single place.

Indoor Bundle

Get the Origin One equipped with all sensors and positioning systems for indoor robot applications. Next to the embedded RealSense depth camera, ultrasonic collision avoidance sensors, IMU, and wheel encoders, this bundle contains a high-end Ouster 3D LiDAR and all autonomy software for safe and reliable navigation.

Outdoor Bundle

Get the Origin One equipped with all sensors and positioning systems for outdoor robot applications. Next to the embedded RealSense depth camera, ultrasonic collision avoidance sensors, IMU, and wheel encoders, this bundle contains our RTK-GPS receiver on the robot, as well as our RTK-GPS base-station. Our unique sensor fusion algorithms ensure the robot continuous its operation even when the GPS signal is temporarily unavailable, for example underneath trees, or near large constructions.

Both Indoor & Outdoor

For many applications, you want your robot to work both indoors as well as outdoors. This bundle combines the indoor and outdoor bundles, and adds the Autopilot software to have the robot effortlessly move from indoor to outdoor environments, and vice versa.
