Drone safety cluster


The drone safety cluster is a living lab for the development of safer drones. Together with various end-users, new applications are created for industrial maintenance, precision agriculture and public services. The focus of the project is on the development of new technical safety standards for drones and safe integration of equipment used on drones. The goal of the Living Lab is to make the Eindhoven region a competence center for drone technology. The ambition is a leading position in de world regarding safe and reliable drone technology. The OPZuid project has a total budget of 1.6 M Euro.
