We’re looking for a mechatronics engineer to join the Avular Team!
At Avular we create gorgeous mobile robots that transform the way industries work. As a Mechatronics Engineer at Avular you will be a key player in the development and delivery of complete mechatronic solutions for a wide range of applications. One of these applications is the automation of an asphalt roller, and we are looking for the right mechatronics engineer to help us achieve this.
YOUR MISSION
You want to be at the heart of the development of next-generation machines that redefine the infrastructure market.
You enjoy the whole process, from design to integration and validation
Bring knowledge of electronics, software, control and mechanics
Are able to take ownership of your work, but also hands-on
WHO YOU ARE
2+ Years of relevant experience in mechatronics
Focus on hardware integration, but enjoy working with electronics and software
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering: control cabinets, DIN rails, wiring
Experience in PLC programming: ST and FB in TwinCAT/Beckhoff
Understanding of mechanical designs: structures, actuators, sensors
Familiarity with industrial networks and scripting (EtherCAT, CANbus) and Python
A hands-on mentality: eager to assemble and test components yourself
Analytical and problem-solving skills: quick thinking under pressure
Integration mindset: making all parts work together seamlessly
